Quick Birthday Mouse Card

Here's a card we made at a recent stamping party. We used the 8x8 Scalloped Cardstock Stack - folded a sheet in half and sanded the edges to show some of the white core. This fits in a regular #10 envelope for mailing.
A number of the colors in the Scalloped Stack coordinate with TAC's Rustic Chic paper pack. Each guest started with the same elements, and had different outcomes by changing the background cardstock color and placement of the paper strip, happy birthday sentiment and cute little mouse.
Our mouse (Everyday English Cuties stamp set T3243) was stamped in Burnt Umber Palette ink onto white cardstock. With a post-it note mask we made (circle punch), we used Color Dusters and stippled around the circle to create some dimension...then punched the mouse out using a Scalloped punch and added some distressing around the edges. Only one ink pad was used for the whole card.
The sparkle is from one of my favorite new tools - Stardust Clear Gelly Pen.
